How to participate ?
When the Auction has started, you have 24 hours or the last bid has not reached 3/4 of the market price.
The Rules :
Holder can only bid while the Auction is in progress (Transaction tax 10%).
Holder can only bid using $DOLLY (bid amount will be hold by Auction Pool then will be send back if other user have a biggest bid).
Holder can only bid by raising $5 from the latest bid.
Holder cannot place a first bid one hour before the deadline.
