The workflow is as follows:
Auction Pool Collected the funds 1% from each of $DOLLY transaction.
Auction Pool Auto start every funds collected in the pool reach the minimum (1 BNB) and always update according to the amount available in the pool).
Auction will run for 24 hours after first bid and Ended if last bid reach 3/4 (75%) of market price.
Open prices start from $5 and users can bid by increasing bids every $5 / bid (more description for participate)
The winner will be picked based on the biggest bid in the last 24 hours or bid have reached 3/4 from market price. (more description for winner)
